$99.00-Vince Camuto. These are really pretty with the side stripe.
$245.00-Haute Hippie. A skinny jean so there is stretch.

$169.00-Pency. These leggings are made of ponte fabric so they are bound to be comfortable. I would wear these with a white shirt or a white sweater or navy.

We are seeing prints everywhere-especailly in pants. What I like so much is how beautifully the prints are engineered to flatter your figure. NJDJ has come out with a great crop print jean and Michael by Michael Kors has some winners. They all look good and these are only a few!
Our tops on this page are from Soft Surroundings, New York & Company and Macy's. Soft Surroundings is a great website for a woman who wants to be fashionable yet not cutting edge. If you are heavier-they offer up to a size 18. They also have some useful items like the tape below and some fabulous jewelry. New York & Company's items can sometimes look cheap. But if you find the right styles-they are winners and so inexpensive!!! Macy's has great items but you have to sift through them and that is what we are doing.
Dresses under $130.00 and shoes under $101.00-what is not to like? The Tildon sandals are a must for anyone who spells style!
Pants are becoming slouchy and more figure forgiving-wider in the hips and narrow in the legs. I have a 'curvy' figure and this pant looks great on me. Then we are seeing a lot of beautiful wide leg flowing pants with a waist that remind us of Katherine Hepburn. They come in prints, often with a side stripe(a huge trend), a crossover front tab(Zara has many of this look), or a gathered slouchy waist. The great thing about pants in the summer is that you can dress them up with a cool sandal or fabulous wedge and the perfect top and you will look amazing!
Spring to summer is the perfect time to wear a skirt-short or long.
You just have to hunt for deals and it is work. This is what we are here for. I look at everything so carefully, read the description, reviews, length and fabric content. Here we have found great well priced dresses that emit expensive and we have paired inexpensive designer looking shoes with them.
The Maxi dress with a flat sandal-the perfect vacation outfit for the evening or a dressy casual event at a friends house.
Dresses really are dominant this season and we see them in every single length. The midi or maxi works really well with a flat sandal. Throw on an oversize sweater if you are cold.
Inexpensive dresses can look great-just make sure they fit and you love the dress-then you will wear it all the time. The same theory applies to a designer dress.
Closet advice-if you see something on line or in a store that you like-buy it, bring it home and try it on with everything(yes, time consuming). I bought an orange lightweight Vince sweater on sale and wondered what I would wear it with. When it was home, I realized it was the same color as a leather skirt I have had for ten years and I always wonder what to wear with this skirt with aside from black. Now I wear this sweater with the skirt and jeans. It was a find!
